Information we collect
Account information. Name, email, and any account details you provide when you sign up for the waitlist, contact us, or create a Vy Cloud account.
Usage data. Logs, traces, request metadata, and metrics generated when you deploy and run applications on Vy Cloud. We use this to operate the service and bill usage.
Site analytics. Aggregated, anonymized analytics about how visitors use vy.dev. We do not sell this data.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve Vy Cloud and vy.dev.
- Communicate about product updates, billing, and support.
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with infrastructure providers that run Vy Cloud (such as our edge and database providers), with payment processors when you upgrade, and when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account information is kept while your account is active. Logs and traces are retained for the period configured on your plan. You can request deletion at any time.
