Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of vy.dev, the Vy framework, and Vy Cloud (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Vy, Inc. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to host or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive; to send unsolicited bulk email; to attempt to disrupt the Service; or to violate the rights of others.

Your content

You retain all rights to the code and data you deploy on Vy Cloud. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to operate the Service for you.

Billing

Paid plans on Vy Cloud are usage-based with a monthly minimum. Charges are billed in arrears. You can cancel at any time; usage incurred before cancellation remains billable.

Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and incidents will be communicated where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
